Resource persons and participants are from ITC-GRU, ICH, ERIA, MRC, MME, EAC, EDC and DGPC (Bhutan). Participants from ITC-GRU are Mr. Phol Norith, Dr. Heng Sokchhay, Mr. Song Layheang, Mr. Noum Viraday and Mr. Mong Marith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure
